are999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the are999 platform at are999.pro, downloading the are999 mobile application, or using any games, betting markets or other services provided by are999, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
• You fully understand the content of these Terms.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms from the moment you first use the platform.

2. Eligibility

• Not Previously Excluded: You must not have previously been excluded or banned from the are999 platform, either voluntarily through the self-exclusion process or through a decision made by are999.

are999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (CNIC, passport or equivalent) at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration

When you register an are999 account you must provide your real name, a valid email address, a working mobile number and any other information requested in the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication details — confidential.

• Do not share your are999 password with anyone else.
• Do not allow any other person to access your account or place bets on your behalf.
• Notify are999 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

are999 cannot be held responsible for any losses that occur as a result of unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

All accounts are for personal use only. You may not use your are999 account for commercial purposes, to process transactions on behalf of third parties, or to facilitate any activity that is in breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits and Payments

are999 accepts deposits in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) only. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash
• Easypaisa
• Raast (interbank instant payment)
• Bank Transfer (standard IBFT)
• Debit and credit cards
• Mobile wallets

Deposits are normally credited to your are999 account balance immediately or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed during the deposit process and may vary by payment method.

All funds deposited to are999 must come from a payment account that is registered in your own name. The following rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonuses and any associated free spins expire after the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.

8. User Conduct

By using the are999 platform, you agree to conduct yourself honestly and in good faith at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or collusion.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• A request from the account holder to close their account voluntarily.
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder through the Responsible Gaming tools.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining may be forfeited depending on the circumstances of the closure.
